Application: 

The equipment is suitable for measuring the quality change of road petroleum asphalt, polymer modified and asphalt rotary film oven after heating, and determining the penetration, softening point, brittle point and ductility of asphalt residue after film heating as needed. Changes to assess the aging resistance of asphalt.

Feature:
1. The outer body is made of thin steel plates and the upper part is a full stainless steel studio with double doors, with Windows in the center.The indoor lighting can be used to observe the thermometer readings from the outside.
2. The heating device is installed at the bottom of the studio, and the air is heated by air natural convection.
Heat the studio evenly through the upper and lower airway.
3. The center of the studio is equipped with a rotating disk that can place four bitumen containers, which are driven by the motor and rotate at a speed of 5.5 revolutions per minute.
4. Intelligent temperature control instrument, to satisfy the requirement of test procedures ensure that 163 ℃ ±0.5 ℃.
